Lime Media: From imagination to life

In our country, thousands of events are held every year that generate thousands of dollars of revenue. Attending so many events, people start to become immune to the messages that companies are trying to convey. Especially if there isn’t something there that differentiates the brand.

In this complicated context, creativity assumes a leading role. An event can be perfectly organized and be impeccably staged, but without creativity within its content it is merely another event on this list.

If you want an original and head-turning event, it’s your lucky day! We. Have it. ALL. From an immersive elevator, to life-sized Olympic Rings to a potato bench. Need proof of it? Don’t worry! Here’s our work:

Choctaw Elevator, “Elevated Experience”

Choctaw wanted their audience to have an ELEVATED experience to promote their massive expansion.

To do so, we created a digital elevator where customers could immerse themselves in Choctaw’s latest upgrades. They were able to showcase the expansion of rooms, the bigger and better gaming floor, new luxurious pools, new entertainment options, dining venues, and more.

The elevator not only was built from scratch within 4 weeks, but we also added:

  • An air conditioner
  • LED lights
  • Sounds effects
  • A 1 min video showing Choctaw’s new expansions and upgrades

During the event, many people walked by and felt the need to see for themselves the Casino’s upgrade. In addition to this amazing elevator experience, brand ambassadors were handing out $25 vouchers to use in the Casino, enticing them to visit. This was truly an unforgettable experience of Choctaw’s expansion in FULL!

Clamor: Olympic Rings, “Rings Across America”

Clamor came to us and told us that NBC wanted to promote the delayed 2020 Olympics in Tokyo by attracting attention on social media. How would they achieve this? By building a 13-foot-tall version of the six Olympic rings from scratch!

At Lime Media, no idea is too crazy so we were really excited to have the opportunity to partner with Clamor to build a marketing prop for one of the world’s most important events.

A lot of excitement, hard work, and three weeks later…we were able to present our finished project to Clamor! Their client, NBC Sports Group loved it. They were stunned and the life-sized Olympic rings were able to travel the highway covering 8,000 miles across the country, visiting 25 states, with more than 125 hours of drive time!

The interactive exhibit across the country hit several hot spots such as Chicago, Orlando, Miami, Washington D.C., and New York where visitors could take a photo for a chance to win a prize.

The rings were all over the media and NBC gained awareness which was the main goal of the campaign!

Idahoan Potatoes, “Mashed in America Tour”

Idahoan Foods wanted a big comeback to engage their consumers after the pandemic with their “Mashed in America Tour”, the world’s first immersive mashed potato sampling tour,  and they knew they had to call us! They wanted to give back to their loyal customers while driving consumer retention and the best way to do it was with a fun all-day event. The brand had a wide range target audience that included sports fans, concert goers, and shoppers so our vehicle and props traveled across the country! The attendees had the opportunity to try Idahoan’s top products: Buttery Homestyle, Four Cheese, and Loaded Baked Mashed Potatoes.

This is what we call totally sMashing an event!

Our team wanted to create a unique festive potato-themed spot so after brainstorming with the client we decided to build a shareable “couch-potato”. Our creative team prepared the 3D renders so the clients could see the finished product before going into production and… they LOVED it! Did we mention we turn your ideas into visually dynamic, and fully functional, experiential marketing assets?!

The prop was a total success and many many photos were taken on it. Attendees had so much fun. This is what we call totally sMashing an event!
