No, experiential campaigns can be scaled to fit a wide range of budgets without sacrificing effectiveness. We’ve activated for Fortune 500 brands like Nike, Walmart, AT&T, Chase, Dell, and Coach, and we also build campaigns for challenger brands and startups. The fleet ranges from compact bike carts and 13-foot glass pods to 53-foot double expandable trailers, so activations can be scaled to fit different goals and budgets. 

We don’t offer set packages. Every project is scoped individually and receives a personalized quote based on your specific needs, timeline, and campaign goals.

Timelines depend on the complexity of the build. Fully custom 3D projects—such as product-shaped vehicles and character builds—can take anywhere from 600 to 2,000+ labor hours to complete. For campaigns utilizing our existing fleet, timelines are typically shorter and vary based on the level of fabrication and customization required.
