heath hill is the founder and visionary of lime media. his wife, jennifer, has supported him every step of the journey. characterized by joy, obedience, and perseverance, heath & jennifer have seen lime media experience immense growth since 2005. throughout his career, heath has encouraged innovation & evolution in the ever-changing landscape of experiential. when others want to tell you why it can’t be done, heath will spend that same effort and energy to figure out how it can be done. he thrives in high pressure situations and loves his job. these attributes have allowed him to build the world’s biggest mobile activation company. heath’s goals are simple, to glorify Christ in all he does, raise his two boys to dream big, and love the least, the lost, and the lonely primarily through oak hills retreat center.
bart is lime media's integrator—the guy who takes the big-picture vision of our founder and turns it into reality every day. he works closely with our senior leadership team to keep ideas moving, people aligned, and cool things happening.
brad brings more than financial expertise to lime—he brings wisdom, encouragement, and a genuine care for people. as cfo, brad is known throughout lime for his practical leadership and his gift for mentoring others. colleagues and team members regularly seek out his guidance—not just for advice on financial strategy, but for thoughtful counsel on work, life, and everything in between.
todd is the engine behind lime’s revenue growth and go-to-market strategy. as chief revenue officer, he leads all things sales, business development, and client strategy – turning ideas into partnerships that fuel the unforgettable.
clay leads operations and client success at lime media, overseeing production, project management, activation, and quality control. his focus is on delivering every build—big or small—on time, on budget, and at the highest quality possible. with more than 25 years of leadership experience, clay brings expertise as a lean six sigma black belt, an mba in strategic leadership, and a track record of driving operational excellence across multiple industries.
andrew is the architect behind lime media’s systems and processes—the guy who turns big-picture ideas into scalable, real-world solutions. he leads the process & technology team, a lean but mighty squad that keeps tech running smoothly, centralizes data to tell the full story of project performance, and builds automations that free everyone to focus on delivering show-stopping experiences for customers.
brooke leads lime media’s teams and talent division with a steady hand and a people-first heart. her focus? building the teams, structure, and systems that support individuals and leaders—creating the kind of culture where people aren’t just equipped to do great work, but empowered to become who they’re called to be, both personally and professionally.
